The owners designed and built their custom home for their growing family in the early 1990’s. Located on eight acres, the home’s walls are adorned with floor to ceiling windows encompassing 360-degree views of the stunning landscape, connecting life inside and out. 

After 27 years, four children and many gatherings, the couple was ready to refresh their home to enhance their current lifestyle, which includes a passion for entertaining. The new design will feature an open floor plan, enlarged kitchen, a solarium, scullery, pool addition, as well as upgraded finishes and fixtures throughout to bring a modern spin to the home’s craftsman style. New, energy-efficient windows will replace the existing gridded windows to enhance natural light and create unobstructed views. 

In essence, the home will be transformed to a well-functioning oasis that honors the existing architecture while supporting the next chapter of life for this creative, brilliant and personable family.
