South Hill Social

South Hill Social, a historic residence located at the top of the iconic Stillwater stairs, serves as a wayfinding guide for the whole town. Originally built as a church in the early 1900s and later transformed into a residence, this structure holds its share of stories. Today, the structure continues to sit proudly on the edge of Stillwater’s South Hill, overlooking the picturesque downtown and the St. Croix River with exclusive, panoramic views.

This building was brought back to life from near dilapidation and is once again filled with light and energy radiating from the river town. Its location and views create the perfect place to bring friends, family, and community together around the 25’ high, double-sided, wood-burning fireplace to continue the story behind these four walls for several decades to come.
